All purchases from gavy.com.my are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of purchase, which may be updated from time to time.
- All items and pricing displayed on gavy.com.my will be updated from time to time and as often to ensure that all our customers will get the updated product details, pricing and stock availability.
- Please understand that gavy.com.my is not an authorized dealer for certain brands of items. However, all the items from gavy.com.my are sourced from authorized members of the distribution channel.
- All prices listed are in Malaysia Ringgit. gavy.com.my reserves the rights to update all pricing on gavy.com.my website anytime without further notice.
- You are expressly understood and agreed that gavy.com.my liability is limited solely to the selling price of the items purchased.
- gavy.com.my does not operate or control the information, products and/or services found on any external sites linked to gavy.com.my. gavy.com.my also do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any information, products and/or services provided on or through any external sites other than gavy.com.my.
Users are assumed complete responsibility and risk in their use of any external sites. Users should direct any concerns regarding any external link to its site administrators or Webmasters.
Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged by the credit card company which is non refundable.
If you decide to cancel your orders twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment, we shall deduct a minimum of RM15.00 from your payment as administrative fees in addition to the transaction fees charged by the credit card company. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to you.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PAYMENT EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO US.
- You can request for refund (from our care line) within 30 days from the purchase date.
- The returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging and/or including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the products. Failure to do so will result in your request for refund being rejected.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- We will process your refund (after deducting the shipping cost & processing fee) upon receiving the return items and inspected by our logistic center (usually within 7-14 working days of receipt). Your refund will be credited to your bank account no within 4 working days.
- You are required to provide us your bank account no.
How to return a parcel to us?
- You can use your original box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return
- If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
- Attach your new return label to the shipping box.
